One a (week)day: Day 64 - Frog

Piece number 64 (04/16/07). This was created for Pequete (Pequete’s Art Journal) Look for 2 more this week based on your submited themes. Keep them coming! This was a lot of fun to make and a lot of fun to research. I went into this determined to make a poison dart frog (always love looking at them at the zoo) but I found some more interesting looking frogs in the process.
6″x 4″:: $45 unframed original piece, $75 framed original piece. Once the original sells, limited edition prints will be available at $25 (unframed)
–UPDATE– Original has been sold. A limited edition of 100 giclee prints are now available for $30 ($25 for the print and $5 for USPS Priority mail) INTL customers please email me for shipping costs. Also framing is available for an additional $30. All prints are on an art paper with a hand-cut signature.

Wow, this is so great! I confess I was thinking of the less colourful European frogs when I suggested this theme, but this exotic one really turned out great!
