One a (week)day: Day 175 - Hats (shopping)

Piece number 175 (11/02/07). It’s been a week and now it’s time for another installment of Illustration Friday with the theme being “Hats”. My mind was EVERYWHERE initially with this subject. I ended up with hat shopping. I also kept coming back to a pillbox hat, and in my opinion there is no one who wears it better - so I put the two together and this is what I came up with. I am happy with the end result.
–UPDATE (05/06/08)– Original has been sold. A limited edition of 100 giclee prints are now available for $30 ($25 for the print and $5 for USPS Priority mail) INTL customers please email me for shipping costs. Also framing is available for an additional $30. All prints are on an art paper with a hand-cut signature.
4″x 6″:: $45 unframed original piece, $75 framed original piece. Once the original sells, limited edition prints (of 100) will be available for $25 (unframed)
