So today I started on a new piece. It is not quite my typical style - more cute like. It is my take on a bee. I’ll tell the story behind this when it is finished, but this should let you know what I am up to. These wings are made of several layers to get the sheen and opacity just right.

I love the way the first eye turned out - just the way it looked in my mind. It is only about an 1.5 inch in actuality. This is made of three layers and a touch of embossing.
