Working large has issues….

So last night I realized the potential issue of digitizing the new large work when it is completed. Got a quote from a local shop (who I trust). They have the hardware and skills to get this scanned in one piece. It is pricey – but I think I have to do it. I hope the scan comes out capturing all the details – like paper textures on such. Going to chat with them about it. I am guessing on my scanner it will take me at least 25 hours to get many, many scans done and then lots of time in photoshop to merge all the scans into one.
