030812 – Goldfish
{click image for larger version} So this is where the doodle went. I really do love this background. I see a few other pieces in this theme in my future. Before anyone says anything I know this is a hybrid goldfish – I took things from a few breeds and made something new.
The work itself is 5″ x 7″and likely will go into an 8″ x 10″ frame. Have no idea of the cost just yet – but this will be affordable. Email for availability, pricing, payment directions, or for more information.

So this is where the the idea of “fishie doodle” morphed into. This is the fish drawing and below is his water.
030512-Birdie Doodle
{click image for larger version} This was a doodle I had in my head. I had wanted to do something using squiggles that I am seeing all over the place right now. This was something fun I put together – I think I’ll try another one but fishie themed. Did this an art night with some friends.

030512-omg that’s big!
My frame came in today. Man the box is big, It’s bigger than I am! I had help getting it into the studio. Everything about framing this will be a team effort.
030412 – Giant Scissors
I have made another pair of giant scissors. These are a different design and bigger. These are more realistic in design and are 43″ long. Though they are not for me….
Today’s Artful Afternoon was a lot of fun. Got to talk to a lot of great people. Plus a friend of mine won the gift certificate raffle that happened during today’s festivities.
