040110-“Lion” completed

{click image for a larger version} This is the completed work “Lion” for the upcoming Lorimer Press’ release of Alex Grant’s  “The Circus Poems”. I am really pleased with how this turned out. I overdid my hand today with all the texturizing, but it was all coming together so well I did not want to stop.

Tomorrow – I frame!
